A flexible display substrate and a flexible display, related to the technical field of displays, capable of preventing damages to thin-film transistors when bent. The flexible display substrate comprises a first flexible base substrate (10), multiple display components (11) arranged at a first side of the first flexible base substrate (10) and comprising multiple thin-film transistors (20), a second flexible base substrate (30) arranged at a second side opposite the first side of the first flexible base substrate (10), and multiple protruding structures (40) arranged between the first flexible base substrate (10) and the second flexible base substrate (30), where a projection on the second flexible base substrate (30) of any one of the protruding structures (40) overlaps a projection on the second flexible base substrate (30) of one thin-film transistor (20) corresponding to the protruding structure. |
