<p>The present invention relates to a drum screen including a support bar which has a wire spirally wound thereon at regular intervals. The drum screen comprises a plurality of support bars which are arranged in a cylindrical shape; and a wire which is spirally wound and welded to an outer side or an inner side of the support bar at regular intervals, wherein the wire may have a triangular cross-section. According to an embodiment of the invention, the wire has the following effects. Firstly, the wire can reduce time and costs in manufacturing the drum screen since one wire is spirally coiled around the inner side or the outer side of the support bar several times, which is arranged in cylindrical shape. Secondly, a filtering function can be preserved by an interval protrusion formed on one side or both sides thereof since a minimum interval between two neighboring spiral units can be made by the interval protrusion. Finally, foreign substances adhered to a circumferential surface of an electrode roller can be removed easily by using an electrode roller cleaning unit and an electrode roller washing unit, thus the wire can be welded to the support bar smoothly.</p> |
