PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which is made by performing vulcanization corresponding to a composition of each region constituting the tire, suppressing excessive vulcanization, maintaining a characteristic of each region, and is improved in the adhesion rigidity of an interface of each region ring compared with a conventional tire, and its manufacturing method. ! SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 10 is formed by joining a rim guard 12 which is vulcanized under a variety of vulcanization conditions, and a tire member 14 having a constitution other than the rim guard 12 by using an adhesive. The adhesive is composed by blending a polythiol compound (A), an isocyanate group containing compound (B), and a radical generating agent (C).
