PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a soft polyurethane foam which is excellent in foam stability during foaming even in a procedure in which the amount of water as a foaming agent is increased, and has low density and is excellent in mechanical properties.SOLUTION: A crosslinking agent composition for production of a soft polyurethane foam includes: a diol compound (A) represented by formula (1), wherein A has one or two cyclohexane rings or benzene rings, and a linking group for the two rings denotes a methylene group which may be replaced with a 1-4C alkyl group, and m denotes an integer of 0 to 2 and n denotes an integer of 0 to 3, and having a hydroxyl group value in the range of 100 to 1,500 KOH/g; and one or two amine compounds (B) selected from the group consisting of diethanolamine and triethanolamine. |
