<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus which can control the release of an emergency shutdown state by mistake, while simplifying the release procedure for releasing the emergency shutdown state. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining apparatus includes: a laser generator generating a laser beam L for workpiece machining; an emergency shutdown control part 131 releasing the emergency shutdown state based on an emergency shutdown releasing signal, after transition to the emergency shutdown state which prohibits the laser beam L from emitting to a workpiece W based on an outside emergency shutdown signal; a release switch for performing release operation of a user for releasing the emergency shutdown state; an electric contact circuits 11 and 12 detecting the release operation with respect to the release switch to output a plurality of release operation detecting signals based on detection timing; and a shutdown release part 134 generating the emergency shutdown release signal based on time difference of output timing of the plurality of release operation detecting signals which is output from the electric contact circuits 11 and 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
