<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire, capable of preventing discoloration due to wax and an amine-based antioxidant, without deteriorating ozone resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition is provided by compounding a specific nonionic surfactant represented by formula (I) and having at least one cyclic ether of 5-membered ring or 6-membered ring, selected from specific mono-coconut oil fatty acid esters or fatty acid ester of polyoxyethylene sorbitan and specific fatty acid esters of sorbitan, into at least one of rubber ingredient selected from a diene-based synthetic rubber and a natural rubber.
