<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing solvent solution of a perfluoro inorganic acid lithium useful as a dopant of a catalyst for an organic synthesis reaction or a semiconductor material, and an electrolyte of a lithium ion battery. <P>SOLUTION: The stabilizing solvent solution of a perfluoro inorganic acid lithium is obtained as follows. A water/organic solvent mixed solution of a perfluoro inorganic acid lithium shown by general formula (1) (in the formula, M denotes a nonmetallic element or a metallic element, and n denotes an integer of 1-6) is mixed with a stabilizing solvent, and then the mixture is dehydration-treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
