<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an oxide superconducting wire which can ensure stable and high superconductivity under magnetic field applied conditions. <P>SOLUTION: After a coating process A of coating an intermediate layer formed on a substrate with a superconducting material solution containing fluorine, a calcination heat treatment process B is performed. The superconducting material solution is a solution in which a mixed solution of RE (RE represents at least one element selected from Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Ho), Ba and Cu contains at least one addition element for forming flux pinning points among elements Zr, Sn, Ce, Ti, Hf and Nb, and a molar ratio of Ba is within a range represented as y<2. Between the calcination heat treatment process B and a final baking heat treatment process D for generating a superconducting layer, an intermediate baking heat treatment process C is performed at a temperature lower than a final baking heat treatment temperature in the final baking heat treatment process D to manufacture a REBa<SB POS="POST">y</SB>Cu<SB POS="POST">3</SB>O<SB POS="POST">z</SB>-based oxide superconducting wire including flux pinning points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
