The superconducting material solution is a solution in which a mixed solution of RE (RE represents at least one element selected from Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Ho), Ba and Cu contains at least one addition element for forming flux pinning points among elements Zr, Sn, Ce, Ti, Hf and Nb, and a molar ratio of Ba is within a range represented as y<2.
