A valve casing is formed by a body (1) and a lid (2). An inlet (5), a valve chamber (4) and an outlet (7) are formed in the valve casing. A valve seat member (9) is attached to the bottom of the valve chamber (4). A discharge passage (8) linking the valve chamber (4) to the outlet (7) side is formed in the valve seat member (9). A float (11), which is seated away from the valve seat member (9) and opens and closes the discharge passage (8), is positioned inside the valve chamber (4). An operating member (14), the tip side of which is positioned inside the discharge passage (8), is disposed so as to be able to move back and forth from the outside. A valve member (16) is disposed in the midsection of the operating member (14). When the operating member (14) is in a forward position, the valve member (16) links the outer periphery that is further forward than the midsection of the operating member (14), and the outer periphery that is further behind the midsection of the operating member (14). When the operating member (14) is in the rearmost position, the valve member (16) blocks the outer periphery that is further forward than the midsection of the operating member (14), and the outer periphery that is further behind the midsection of the operating member (14). A blow passage (17), which links the outer periphery that is further behind the valve member (16) of the operating member (14), to a different outside part than the outlet (7), is provided. |
