<p>The present invention relates to an aperture for cryogenic observation of a biological specimen by using a transmission electron microscope (TEM). More specifically, the aperture comprises: a body part which is sealed by and coupled to a TEM barrel; an aperture plate which has a carbon film mounted in an aperture hole; and a heating device which heats the aperture plate. specifically, the present invention relates to an aperture for improving a contrast ratio of an image during cryogenic observation using TEM, wherein the heating device heats the aperture plate by external circulation of a heat medium.</p> |
