An unsewn elastic corset 5 comprises a tubular knitted main body 10 which defines a pull-through space 12. The corset has an hourglass-shaped structure in which a reducing portion 20 is formed in the middle section, with two sleeving portions 30 formed on the upper and lower sides of the tubular main body 10. The reducing portion 20 uses a different knitting method to the two sleeving portions 30, and has a higher elasticity so that it can have a reinforced binding on the predetermined position of the body. In use, the corset product alone can achieve the binding and body-sculpting effect of an additional vest.
