The present invention relates to an apparatus for turning a sandwich panel bar, which can continuously supply filling bars for a sandwich panel by turning the filling bars easily irrespective of length via a simple configuration. According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for turning a sandwich panel bar, which can turn and transfer an object to be transferred (M) in the shape of a bar via a first transfer line (10) and a second transfer line (20) which are arranged in a longitudinal direction. The apparatus for turning a sandwich panel bar comprises: a first inclined part (11) extending downward toward the first transfer line (10) and the second transfer line (20) to touch and transfer the object to be transferred (M) as the object to be transferred is inclined; a second inclined part (21) formed on the second transfer line (20) to be inclined upward so as to correspond to the first inclined part (11) and receiving the object to be transferred (M) transferred from the first inclined part (11); a plurality of attachments (22) combined with top of the second transfer line (20) at regular intervals to transfer the object to be transferred and vertically erecting the inclined object to be transferred (M) by moving along a track on top of the second transfer line (20) while simultaneously mounting the object to be transferred (M) at the positions of the inclined parts (11, 21); and a supporting means (30) arranged at the lower part of the first inclined part (11) to be able to rise and fall and touching and including a lifting support (37) for supporting the bottom surface on one side of the object to be transferred (M) mounted on the attachments (22).
