<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a welded resin product that can stabilize a welding quality, and to provide a heating and welding device. <P>SOLUTION: The heating and welding device 75 includes packing 92P and 96P made of elastomer on work arrangement surfaces R1 and R10 in a pair of work support disks 91 and 95 that can approach and recede. Intake grooves 93M and 97M are formed in the area of each of the work arrangement surfaces R1 and R10 surrounded by the packing 92P and 96P, and intake passages 93R and 97R penetrating the work support disks 91 and 95 communicate with the intake grooves 93M and 97M. The packing 92P and 96P are let to tightly contact a pair of the works by bringing the inside of the intake grooves 93M and 97M under the negative pressure to hold the works. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
