FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to manufacturing of the steel plate used to manufacture hot-stamped products. The plate is made out of steel with the following chemical composition in wt %: from 0.10 to 0.35 C, from 0.01 to 1.0 Si, from 0.3 to 2.3 Mn, from 0.01 to 0.5 Al, maximum 0.03 P, maximum 0.02 S, maximum 0.1 N, Fe and inevitable admixtures - rest.
