The inclined cutting racks of the frame in the lower part are interconnected with a ploughshare, made composite from a flat knife inclined in the direction of movement and a tetrahedral wedge. The inclined cutting racks are oriented at an angle of 45° to the vertical and horizontal directions. The flat knife inclined in the direction of movement and the tetrahedral wedge are made in the form of a shoe rigidly connected to the racks and a drill bit mounted removably on it.
