Device for impregnation of reinforcing materials with binder comprises binder feeder and at least one distributing manifold. Said feeder comprises binder flow rate regulator to force said binder via feed line into at least one distributing manifold. The latter allows the feed of binder via at least one feed pipe to reinforcing materials. It comprises first binder pressure transducer connected with flow rate regulator to transmit control signal thereto. Flow rate regulator allows control over binder flow rate proceeding from said control signal.
