<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat mounting device preventing the generation of abnormal noise caused by sliding contact between a compressed coil spring and the inner periphery of a cylinder body. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat mounting device 30 includes a cylinder member 40 fixed to a toilet bowl body 80, a shaft member 60 inserted into the cylinder member 40, and integrated with a supporting member 13 to be guided liftably, and the compressed coil spring 73 coaxially housed in the cylinder member 40 and urging the shaft member 60 upward. The cylinder member 40 is formed by threadedly engaging a screw member 48 (spring receiving member) from below into a cylinder body 41 having an opening lower surface, the compressed coil spring 73 is held between the shaft member 60 and the screw member 48. The rotation direction of the screw member 48 incorporated into the cylinder body 41 and the upward winding direction of a wire material forming the compressed coil spring 73 are opposite to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
