The dual anti-phishing method includes the steps of: receiving the information of a website being accessed by an electronic device with a tool bar is installed on; determining the security level of the website based on the risk level measured by an institution; determining the security level based on the risk level measured by a user; and commanding the toolbar to execute a security action when the security level is below a certain point.</p> |
