<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a variation of distances between bead cores precisely and quickly in advance before a tire is produced. <P>SOLUTION: The variation of distances between the bead cores in the circumferential direction is determined in a method for forming a single-stage green tire. N pieces of laser distance sensors, which are opposed to one of bead core holding rings or the other thereof in the axial direction, are fit to a bead core supply device at plane-symmetric positions parted from one another at even intervals in the circumferential direction on a circumferential line concentric with the bead core holding ring. Data on a distance from one laser distance sensor to the bead core holding ring, which is opposed to the one laser distance sensor, in the axial direction are obtained from each of the laser distance sensors. The variation of distances between the bead cores is determined on the basis of the sum of the data on the distances obtained between the positions opposed to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
