According to the present invention, a mastery learning method based on a result value of a question comprises the steps of: allowing a system which performs the learning method based on a result value of a question to store data including the level of a question provided to at least one user terminal, type information of the question, and user behavior information in a database; receiving answer information inputted by the at least one user terminal after providing at least one question to the at least one user terminal; determining at least one next question provided to the at least one user terminal using the answer information and the data; and providing at least one determined next question to the at least one user terminal. |
