FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to fluid samplers and transfer of fluid samples at centrifugation for separation of higher density fraction from lower density fraction. Mechanical separator to separate fluid sample to first and second phases inside container for sample has the case with through channel for fluid flow. Separator case comprises the float of the first density and ballast of second density higher than the first one. Note here that float part is connected with ballast part. Separator assembly comprises container for sample with first and second ends and sidewall extending there between. Container lengthwise axis extends between first and second ends. Separator comprises the case with through channel and can change from initial position whereat said channel is open for fluid flow to second, sealing position whereat said channel is closed to prevent fluid leak under centrifugal force effects. Container for sample has first zone including top open end and first sidewall that makes the first inner chamber and first outer surface, second zone including bottom closed end and second sidewall to make the second inner chamber and second outer surface. First and second zones are leveled in lengthwise axis so that first and second inner chambers are communicated for fluid passage while diameter of the first inner chamber is larger than that of second chamber. Container has at least one flute for fluid extending between said first and second zones to allow fluid flow from first zone to second zone.
