FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention is test rig to monitor the torque of the pneumatic nut runners. The rig contains base, loader in form of the thread pair, bolt head connected with spindle of the tested nut runner, and nut via the torque transmitter interacting with base. The torque transmitter is connected to the monitoring unit. The monitoring unit contains analogue-digital converter, first, second and third digital comparators, first, second and third memory registers, digital indicator, first logic element AND, amplifier, first calculating device, pulses counter, memory block, analogue comparator, firs element NO, trigger connected to input of the transistor switch, that via the excitation coil of the solenoid valve connects the nut runner to the air loop, power source, analogue comparator, reference voltage source, pulses generator, pulses counter, first light indicator, control push-button for bus-bar "Logical one voltage". To achieve the technical result the test rig is equipped with second and third calculating devices, fourth digital comparator, second and third elements AND, element OR, second element NO, second, third and fourth light indicators.EFFECT: extension of process abilities by identification of the nut runners with setting drift.1 dwg |
