METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE PIPE USING INTERGRATION TECHNIQUE

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a composite pipe integrated with a steel pipe and a composition resin pipe, and a composition pipe manufactured by the manufacturing method. More specifically, the apparatus for manufacturing a composite pipe integrated with a steel pipe and a composition resin pipe for integrating a steel pipe and a composition resin pipe to form a composition resin steel pipe into which the composition resin pipe having an adhesive therein is inserted. The apparatus for manufacturing a composite pipe comprises: a moving vehicle for moving at least one composition resin steel pipe in a horizontal direction; a cylinder for steel pipe support which supports the composition resin steel pipe and vertically moves the composition resin steel pipe; a pair of compression cylinders for attaching to and detaching from a cap for sealing on both ends of the composition resin steel pipe; an air injection means providing an air pressure by injecting air into the composition resin steel pipe; an induction heater heating the composition resin steel pipe to which the air pressure is provided; and a heat transferring means moving the induction heater in the length direction of the composition resin steel pipe.
