The present invention relates to a performance testing method of a cell. The present invention provides a performance testing method of a cell comprising; a first process which repeats a main cycle which uses a normal charge/discharge sub-cycle charged and discharged under normal conditions and an accelerated charge/discharge sub-cycle charged and discharged under accelerated conditions; and a second process which evaluates a cycle lifetime of the cell in which the first process is progressed. According to the present invention, the cycle lifetime of the cell such as a hybrid capacitor and the likes can be measured accurately.
