The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing Bibimbap containing golden barley and Bibimbap manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method comprising: a mixed grain rice preparation step of cooking rice with mixed grain consisting of golden barely and white rice; a cooked vegetable mixing step of mixing cooked vegetable with the cooked mixed grain rice made in the mixed grain rice preparation step; an other ingredients mixing step of mixing other ingredients including carrot, shiitake mushroom, and a young pumpkin with the mixed grain rice made in the cooked vegetable mixing step; and a red pepper paste mixing step of mixing red pepper paste with the mixed grain rice made in the other ingredients mixing step. Bibimbap manufactured by the method contains golden barley to demonstrate excellent flavor, rich nutrients and is digestible food. |
