The present invention relates to a condition inspection device for a fuel pump and a spray nozzle of a diesel engine, and more specifically, to a condition inspection device for a fuel pump and a spray nozzle of a diesel engine which inspects conditions of a fuel pump and a spray nozzle installed on a head of an emergency diesel engine in a nuclear power plant. The fuel pump and a spray nozzle of a diesel engine according to the present invention comprises: a first sensor unit to sense a flow rate of the fuel pump; a second sensor unit to sense a pressure of the fuel pump; a third sensor unit to sense a spray pressure of the spray nozzle; a camera unit to shoot an image of a fuel spray condition of the spray nozzle; and a data collection unit to collect sensed data from one among the first sensor unit, the second sensor unit, and the third sensor unit and shot image data from the camera unit.
