Disclosed is an automatic-restoring type manual damper. The automatic-restoring type manual damper of the present invention is characterized by including a housing having an internal receiving space; first and second brackets protruding from the first and second inner surfaces facing each other inside the housing respectively toward the receiving space and having a movement passage therebetween; a slider inserted between the first and second brackets to move along the longitudinal direction of the movement passage; a first shape memory wire penetrating through both ends of the first bracket parallel to the longitudinal direction of the movement passage; a second shape memory wire penetrating through both ends of the second bracket parallel to the longitudinal direction of the movement passage; a first finishing member joined to one end of the first shape memory wire and one end of the second shape memory wire and having both surfaces adhering to the first and second inner surfaces; and a second finishing member joined to the other end of the first shape memory wire and the other end of the second shape memory wire and having both surfaces adhering to the first and second inner surfaces.
