PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging facility state detecting device that detects a charging facility incapable of performing normal charging for a battery.SOLUTION: A charging facility state detecting device acquires positional information that shows a position of a charging facility, and acquires travel history information and battery information that shows a charge status of a mounted battery, from multiple vehicles 100. Then, the device estimates the number of vehicles having abnormal travel histories among the vehicles present at or around parking positions of a prescribed charging facility, on the basis of the travel history information for the vehicles 100, the positional information for the charging facility and the battery information for the battery, and when the estimated number of vehicles is equal to or more than a prescribed number, the device detects the prescribed charging facility as a charging facility incapable of performing normal charging for the battery. |
