PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel heat exchanger which achieves compactification and which can suppress stress concentration due to a positional deviation of metal plates when laminating the metal plates, and a manufacturing method of the same. ! SOLUTION: A microchannel heat exchanger includes: a low pressure microchannel 23 for flowing a low pressure fluid; and a high pressure microchannel 27 for flowing a high pressure fluid formed in a laminate.
