The present specification relates to a flow battery and a battery module comprising the same and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a flow battery comprising the steps of: forming a pattern on both sides of a substrate to manufacture a membrane; and arranging the membrane between a cathode and an anode. According to an embodiment of the present specification, a manufacturing method of a flow battery has an advantage of forming a pattern in a consecutive manner.
