PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo fan that can reduce noise by suppressing vibration of a specified frequency generated at a vibrating plate. ! SOLUTION: The low-noise type piezo fan generates an airstream such that the vibrating plates 13A, 13B to which piezoelectric elements 15A, 15B are attached are vibrated by a piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric elements 15A, 15B. Thin films 19A, 19B for suppressing the vibration of the specified frequency contained in the vibration of the vibrating plates 13A, 13B are formed at surfaces of the vibrating plates 13A, 13B. !
