PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid bacteria strain and primer combination which can identify the strain rapidly.SOLUTION: A lactic acid bacteria strain is Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei NTU 101, which is deposited to German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures on November 18, 2013, and is given Accession number DSM 28047, and comprises a nucleotide having SEQ ID NO:1. According to the nucleotide and the primer combination thereof of lactic acid bacteria strain L. paracasei subsp. paracasei NTU 101, those skilled in the art become possible to get a dependence to identify a strain about lactic acid bacteria strain NTU 101. Further, those skilled in the art can identify NTU 101 strain rapidly using a DNA molecule identification marker without need to culture a separated strain or a viable cell. |
