PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an operation when an image forming apparatus and an information processor start communication for remote support via a relay server.SOLUTION: An HTTP relay server 103 determines whether or not a communication counterpart device is a support device or a device to be supported by using a device management table. Also, the HTTP relay server 103 determines the state (being used or yet to be used) of a URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) indicating a region in which support data are temporarily stored and a use device (device ID) by using a URI management table. When access (a communication request) from the image forming apparatus 101 is made, the image forming apparatus 101 is allocated to the URI yet to be used. Also, when access (the communication request) from an operator PC 102 is made, the operator PC 102 is allocated to the URI being used by the device to be supported. |
