The present invention relates to: an oxide active material having the surface treated with a lithium compound; a method for manufacturing the same; and an all-solid lithium secondary battery which can effectively inhibit an interfacial reaction in a solid electrolyte by applying the same material. According to the present invention, the all-solid lithium secondary battery includes an electrode including a positive electrode active material and a sulfide-based solid electrolyte. The positive electrode active material has a coating layer consisting of a lithium compound formed to cover the surface of the particle and thus acts as a coating function layer which inhibits an interfacial reaction between the sulfide-based solid electrolyte and the electrode. Therefore, the positive electrode active material can substantially increase properties of the battery. In addition, when a lithium compound is synthesized and coated at the same time, a solution is produced by dissolving lithium salt and transition metal salt in a solvent by agitation and then the solution is dried and treated with heat to be produced into the active material. The active material has the coating layer formed as a compound generated from remaining excessive lithium salt after being synthesized on a particle surface with a structure capable of absorbing and discharging lithium. In addition, when the lithium compound is coated on an active material, which is synthesized in advance, a solution is produced by dissolving lithium salt and transition metal salt in a solvent by agitation and then the solution is dried and treated with heat to be produced into the active material. The active material has the coating layer formed as a compound generated from remaining excessive lithium salt after being synthesized on a particle surface with a structure capable of absorbing and discharging lithium. |
