PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an existent learning result even if noise included in a message to be collected is changed.SOLUTION: On the basis of an appearance frequency for each message kind in the case where a set 13a of messages is acquired, an information processing apparatus 10 determines a kind X of messages not to be used for learning and leans a pattern 15a of messages that appears when generating a fault and excludes the kind X of messages, from the set 13a of messages and fault information 14. On the basis of an appearance frequency for each message kind in the case where a set 13b of messages is acquired, the information processing apparatus 10 determines a kind Y of messages not to be used for detection, generates a pattern 15b of messages excluding the kind Y of messages from the set 13b of messages and compares the patterns 15a and 15b of messages, thereby detecting a system fault symptom. |
