PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article guide device capable of discriminating a user to whom a position of a target article on a display rack is reported, when a plurality of users are to purchase articles on the same display rack.SOLUTION: An article guide device includes a communication part, a terminal device identification part and a terminal position recognition part. The communication part communicates with an external device. On the basis of an identifier of a terminal device, the terminal device identification part identifies the terminal device. The terminal position recognition part recognizes that the terminal device is positioned within a predetermined range defining a display rack on which an article to be purchased is placed, as a base point, and outputs to an article position reporting part a signal for reporting the position of the article in a mode corresponding to the terminal device. |
