PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container capable of attaching and fixing an exterior sheet to a synthetic resin-made container without bonding the exterior sheet in an in-mold molding process and capable of easily separating the exterior sheet from the container after use and lessening the volume thereof to sort and discard, and to provide a method for production of the composite container.SOLUTION: There are provided a mold in which the grooves forming the ribs protruding on the outer peripheral face of a synthetic resin-made container are provided, an exterior sheet having the irregularity parts in which the protrusions and notches are alternately formed, and a method for production of a composite container comprising in-mold molding the exterior sheet by disposing the exterior sheet on the surface of the mold so as to crisscross the peripheral edge of the irregularity part with the groove. By the method, the rib formed on the outer peripheral wall of the synthetic resin-made container is pushed out on the upper face of the protrusion to pinch the protrusion, and the exterior sheet is attached and fixed. |
