A tray for transferring a panel comprises: a tray frame including four extrusion bars and four injection members; a seating member; a support member; and a slot. The extrusion bars include an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin. The injection members include an ABS resin, are arranged at each end of the extrusion bars to be joined to the extrusion bars, and include a first protrusion part on the side. The seating member is arranged inside the tray frame. The support member is arranged below the seating member to be joined to the extrusion bars and supports the seating member. The slot includes a first groove to be fastened to the first protrusion part and is arranged on the seating member. Therefore, the tray for transferring a panel prevents a defect in a panel while transferring the panel.
