PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely protect an occupant seated on a child seat. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat has a seat body 1 having an anchor 13 for fastening the child seat, and a slide rail 3 for slidably supporting the seat body 1 along a vehicle floor. An interlock mechanism is provided for allowing fastening of the child seat to the seat body 1 when the seat body 1 exists in a prescribed slide position, regulating the fastening of the child seat to the seat body 1 when the seat body 1 does not exist in the prescribed slide position, allowing a slide of the seat body 1 when the child seat is no fastened to the seat body 1, and regulating the slide of the seat body 1 when the child seat is fastened to the seat body 1.
