PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control apparatus configured to allow a user having his or her hands full with luggage, etc. to open/close an opening/closing body, such as a vehicle door, in a simpler and lower-cost configuration.SOLUTION: A vehicle control apparatus includes: an operation intention detection unit which is arranged in a tire or a wheel of a vehicle 10, to detect whether a user intends to operate an opening/closing body which is arranged in the vehicle and performs predetermined opening/closing operation; an operation intention acquisition unit which is arranged in a vehicle body and acquires operation intention; a receiver 3 which is an ID code acquisition unit for acquiring an ID code to identify a user or a mobile unit 1 from the mobile unit 1 of the user; an ID code determination unit which determines whether the ID code is proper or not; a condition determination unit which determines whether an output condition for outputting operation command information for commanding an operation of the opening/closing body has been satisfied or not, on the basis of the user operation intention and an ID code determination result; and an ECU 4 which is an output unit for outputting the operation command information when the output condition is satisfied. |
