The present invention relates to an apparatus for analyzing gait of inside and outside toes through pressure analysis where in-toeing gait and out-toeing gait can be accurately determined by analyzing a pressure distribution of a planter portion, and to a method thereof. The apparatus for analyzing gait of inside and outside toes through pressure analysis includes: a foot pressure measuring device which measures pressure to a plantar portion applied when a pedestrian wearing shoes to which a plurality of pressure sensors are attached is walking; and a walking state analysis apparatus which receives foot pressure data measured from the foot pressure measuring device, calculates a local pressure distribution, analyzes the calculated local pressure distribution, and determines a walking state. The present invention extracts only foot pressure data of the stance phase from the measured data of the measured foot pressure, calculates the local pressure distribution on the basis of the foot pressure data of the stance phase, analyzes the local pressure distribution, and determines the walking state.
