The present invention relates to a method of separating components from a lignocellulose biomass by using an aliphatic glycol ether solvent, and more specifically, to a method of separating components such as cellulose, lignin, and hemicellulose from a lignocellulose biomass. The method comprises: a first step for mixing a lignocellulose biomass raw material and a reaction solution prepared by adding acid to a reaction solvent so as to prepare a mixed solution, and stirring and heating the mixed solution to prepare a reactant in a paste state; a second step for injecting a warmed extraction solvent to the reactant and stirring the same to dissolve components of the lignocellulose biomass and then filter the same, and separating cellulose therefrom as residues; a third step for concentrating the filtrate obtained in the second step to recover the extraction solvent, injecting the concentrated filtrate into water to precipitate lignin in an aqueous solution, and separating and recovering the lignin; and a fourth step for separating the aqueous solution obtained in the third step into a residual solvent and hemicellulose by ultrafiltration, and concentrating and recovering the separated hemicellulose, wherein the reaction solvent is aliphatic glycol ether.
|
