<p>The present invention relates to a drowsy driving warning apparatus and a method thereof, installing an infrared light scattering device in front of an infrared light emitting unit of a lamp, and setting an irradiation axis or an irradiation angle of a lamp to be different from an optical axis of a camera. Thus, a drowsy driving warning apparatus and a method thereof can prevent the accuracy of determining whether a driver is drowsy from being lowered as light of a lamp reflected to glasses including sunglasses, goggles, a contact lens, or a mixture thereof is shot by a camera.</p> |
