A changeable shielding plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom substrate which includes a bottom electrode, a top substrate which faces the bottom substrate and includes a top electrode, an electrochromic material which is injected between the bottom substrate and the top substrate, and a spacer which is located between the bottom substrate and the top substrate and supports a space between the top substrate and the bottom substrate. The spacer includes a first layer and a second layer which is located on the first layer. The glass transition temperature of the second layer is lower than the glass transition temperature of the first layer. |
