The present invention relates to a thermal transfer film which includes a base material layer and a photothermal conversion layer formed on the base material layer, and including carbon black and tungsten oxide, and has difference with target OD value of OD value in wavelength of 850 nm and OD value in wavelength of 1100 nm are 4% or less respectively, and to an organic electroluminescence device prepared by using the same.
