The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel which includes pixels which are formed with a matrix type in an intersection region between data lines and gate lines, a data driving unit which supplies data voltages to the data lines, and a scan driving unit which successively supplies scan signals to the scan lines. The data driving unit selects any one division voltage among a plurality of division voltages according to digital video data, controls the supply period of the selected division voltage, and supplies the data voltage to the data line.
