In order to suppress reduction in estimation accuracy and to estimate ovulation dates by using body temperature from a small number of menstrual cycles, an information processing device obtains a formula for a function approximating the relationship between body temperature data and date. The information processing device also determines a low temperature-period reference body temperature, on the basis of body temperature data for a plurality of days having a date corresponding to the minimum value in the function specified as the reference date therefor, and determines a high temperature-period reference body temperature, on the basis of body temperature data for a plurality of days having a date corresponding to the maximum value in the function as the reference date therefor. The information processing device estimates the ovulation date during the current menstrual cycle, on the basis of the measurement data and the determined reference body temperatures that are set to values between the low temperature-period reference body temperature and the high temperature-period reference body temperature. |
