The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of rice coated with liquid extract of Sparassis crispa and, more ideally, a manufacturing method of rice coated with β-glucan which is included in the extract of Sparassis crispa and has materials for increasing immunity and an anticancer effect, comprising: a first process of manufacturing sanitary rice by screening impurity from rice and washing the same; a second process of adding 0.05-3% of collagen or starch with respect to the weight of rice to the extract of Sparassis crispa, mixing the same and manufacturing 0.2-10.0% of a coating solution with respect to the weight of rice; a third process of injecting the manufactured rice of the first step in a coating device, while rotating the same in 30-300 rpm speed, and spraying the extract of Sparassis crispa which is manufactured as the coating solution in the second step to the surface of rice, thereby enabling the extract of Sparassis crispa to stick to the surface of rice; and a fourth process of dying the rice coated with the extract in the third step with use of hot blast whose temperature is between 30 and 80 degree Celsius for 30 to 120 minutes. |
