A prefilled syringe (1) includes the following: a cylindrical container (2); a front-end-side gasket (30); a rear-end-side gasket (40); an intermediate gasket (50) that divides the cylindrical container (2) into a front chamber (13) and a rear chamber (14); a plunger (60); a medicine (5) that is stored in the front chamber (13); and a liquid medicine (6) that is stored in the rear chamber (14). In a state where the plunger (60) has been pushed in, a bypass part (15) of the cylindrical container (2) faces a groove part (52) of the intermediate gasket (50), and via these parts, the front chamber (13) and the rear chamber (14) are communicated which results in the medicine (5) and the liquid medicine (6) being mixed and the mixed medicine being discharged. The prefilled syringe (1) is further provided with a movement restricting means that restricts the movement of the plunger (60) so that a tail end (40b) of the rear-end-side gasket (40) does not reach the bypass part (15). |
