PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity transaction reflecting importance of power purchase and easiness of power selling.SOLUTION: A virtual market transaction device comprises: a transaction policy storage unit that stores multiple power selling policies including a power selling entity, a power selling condition and easiness of power selling and stores multiple power purchase policies including a power purchasing entity, a power purchase condition and importance of power purchase; a transaction policy acquisition unit that externally acquires the power selling policies and the power purchase policies and registers the policies with the transaction policy storage unit after respectively attaching IDs to the policies; and a transaction determination unit that, when externally acquiring power purchase request information which is information including the power purchasing entity and the power purchase condition, selects a specific power purchase policy from the transaction policy storage unit, extracts one or more power selling policies including the easiness of power selling corresponding to the importance of power purchase included in the selected power purchase policy, and selects a specific power selling policy from among one or more extracted power selling policies, on the basis of the power purchase condition included in the selected power purchase policy. |
